GLACIERS EXPERIENCE
The experience we offer is much more than just sailing. It is an adventure to discover the most incredible glaciers in Los Glaciares National Park. This map shows the entire route we take if you choose the option with transfer from our offices or if you take the transfer to the port with your own vehicles. Our transfer service can also pick up passengers at the hotel where they are staying. As you can see, we travel along the North Arm of Lake Argentino, sailing between the icebergs of the Upsala Glacier and disembarking at the Spegazzini Base, where you can appreciate the incredible landscapes of the Bay of Glaciers and the modern Spegazzini Refuge, to enjoy the best gastronomic options along with all the services that guests may need.

The icebergs of the Upsala Glacier can be truly spectacular due to their colours, shapes and sizes. This glacier is located in a very deep sector of Lake Argentino and does not touch the lake bed, so its front tends to break under its weight, creating these highly prized colossi.
The giant Spegazzini Glacier
The Spegazzini Glacier is the highest in Los Glaciares National Park, its ice wall reaches more than 135 meters high. Our boats allow you to get close to this wonderful glacier to enjoy the highest ice column that descends to Lake Argentino, providing a perfect experience. Next to it, you can see the Peineta Glacier, one of its tributary glaciers, whose shape resembles a virtual "frozen waterfall".
Glacier Bay
You can disembark at Glacier Bay, an incredible spot with views of the Spegazzini, Peineta and Heim Glaciers. It has a 100% accessible trail 300 meters long with viewing points and themed stations. According to some media, Glacier Bay is a true "World Wonder".
Extraordinary landscapes
Throughout the experience, you will be enjoying the most incredible landscapes in all of Patagonia. Mountains of the cordillera, geological accidents, the Andean-Patagonian forest, giant icebergs and majestic glaciers of different characteristics. From the moment you set sail, you will be able to experience postcards to keep forever and capture a truly fascinating event. In addition, touring the Glacier Bay and its accessible path with viewing points and themed stations will be the perfect corollary for each of the guests.
"Ice Fishing"
On each boarding we carry out the famous ritual of "fishing" ice from an iceberg so that passengers can touch it and even drink their favorite beverage with ancient ice from the glaciers of Lake Argentino. Without a doubt, a truly unforgettable experience.
Spegazzini Refuge
The Spegazzini Refuge is the perfect place to enjoy an already unique experience even more. It is a modern and attractive building. The Main Hall is located facing the lake and the Bay of Glaciers. Its large window offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the Spegazzini Glacier. It is a very bright and spacious space! This hall has capacity for 253 people at tables and 400 people in cocktail format. The "Captain's Club" hall has capacity for 103 diners at tables and privileged views of the Spegazzini Glacier and the Heim Glacier.
De Agostini Viewpoint
The new walkways, which extend for 350 metres along the shores of Lake Argentino, culminate at the Mirador De Agostini, named in honour of the priest and explorer Alberto De Agostini, renowned for his contributions to the knowledge of Patagonia. This viewing point offers an exceptional view of the Spegazzini Glacier, the highest in the park, with a height of up to 135 metres above the lake level.
Gastronomy
We have exquisite regional and exclusive lunch options from Patagonia. The Refugio Menu is presented in three options where you can find dishes such as Guanaco Goulash, Patagonian Lamb Casserole and Lentil and Vegetable Casserole. On the other hand, the menu and cocktail options can be customized according to your wishes and preferences.
