At the viewing points located along the forest trail at Spegazzini Base, you will be delighted with the best views of Glacier Bay. From them you can enjoy three glaciers (Spegazzini Glacier, Heim Glacier and Peineta Glacier), the mountains surrounding the Bay and the charm of one of the most spectacular bodies of water in the world.
New walkways on the Spegazzini Glacier and Mirador De Agostini
On the shores of the majestic Lago Argentino, the new walkways extend for 350 metres, culminating in the impressive Mirador De Agostini. Named in honour of the priest Alberto De Agostini, famous for his contributions to the knowledge of Patagonia, this viewing point offers an unparalleled experience: a privileged view of the Spegazzini Glacier, the tallest giant in the park, with its 135 metres above the lake level.
