Should a refund be necessary, it will be issued via the same payment method used by the passenger (minus any applicable transaction fees).
If the rate for the new chosen/assigned date is different, you will need to pay the difference. The new date is subject to availability.
Should any unforeseen event occur that prevents passengers from taking the excursion (illness, accident), Solo Patagonia will request documentation to support their request and will assess whether a refund and/or change of travel date is appropriate.
If the trip cannot take place due to weather conditions or force majeure, the amount paid will be refunded.
It is the passenger's obligation to be present at the pre-set boarding time, and they are responsible for any inconvenience and delays caused by their lateness.
Once the voyage has begun, the ship's captain may make changes to the route, based on safety reasons; in such case, the transport service will be considered fulfilled, without any right to claim.
The carrier is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement of objects, money, or belongings carried by the passenger. The carrier's liability is limited in all cases to the terms and scope of the laws of the Republic of Argentina in force at the time of the incident.
During boarding, their stay on board, and disembarkation, passengers must strictly comply with the orders given by the captain and/or the rest of the crew, and/or the relevant authority (Argentine Naval Prefecture, National Parks Administration). Any violation will be reported to the appropriate authority for their intervention.
Passengers must notify the captain on board immediately and before disembarking at the port of destination of any damage or injury suffered during the voyage, as well as any complaints or suggestions they may have regarding the service, carrier personnel, or third parties, and/or any other incidents that may have occurred. The vessel has a designated complaints and/or incident logbook for this purpose. Failure to make such notification will result in the forfeiture of all rights to claim compensation.
It does not include ground transportation, taxes, tolls, or national park entrance fees.
