Discover the Snowy Beauty in El Calafate

Winter

with All Glaciers

Winter in Argentina is a magical time, especially in the mountainous regions where snow transforms the landscapes into something out of a fairy tale. If you're looking for winter adventures, don't miss Todo Glaciares, an expedition to explore the natural treasures of Patagonia. If you're planning a trip to El Calafate, it's an absolute must-do.

Sailing through the Icebergs of the Upsala Glacier and Snowy Landscapes

The entire Glaciares tour covers a large part of Lake Argentino (it's the largest lake in Argentina!) visiting the most impressive glaciers and attractions of Los Glaciares National Park, including the landing at the Spegazzini Refuge.

Lake Argentino is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. During winter, the calm waters reflect the snow-capped peaks, creating a picture-postcard scene. Join a boat trip on the lake and marvel at the region's natural beauty. You'll also have the opportunity to spot birds and other local wildlife.

Departing from Punta Bandera Port, the All Glaciers tour begins by sailing along the North Arm of Lake Argentino, passing through the Devil's Mouth (the narrowest point of the lake) and heading towards the Upsala Channel, where you can experience the unparalleled sensation of sailing among icebergs. Some of these icebergs are quite large and have broken off from the majestic Upsala Glacier.

The Iceberg Channel is a unique visual spectacle. Aboard comfortable boats, you can sail among these enormous icebergs and majestic glaciers. In winter, the soft light and reflections on the water create a magical atmosphere. Don't forget your camera to capture the beauty of this icy world!

Heading towards the giant Spegazzini Glacier

Ready for an unforgettable experience? Buckle up and get ready to sail the crystal-clear waters of the Spegazzini Channel. Here, winter nature unfolds in all its splendor, and glaciers rise like imposing guardians of Patagonia, watched over by the snow-capped peaks of the Andes Mountains.

The King of the Glaciers: But wait, the best is yet to come. The Spegazzini Glacier, the largest of them all, rises majestically to over 135 meters above sea level. Its ice face is a spectacle that will immerse you in the grandeur of nature. Are you ready to contemplate this wonder from the deck of our ship? Imagine a wall of ice more than a city block high right in front of you! It's twice the height of the famous Perito Moreno Glacier.

The fantastic Spegazzini Refuge

After marveling at the glaciers, we'll descend to Spegazzini Base Camp. Here you'll find our modern Spegazzini Refuge, an oasis amidst the ice. From its panoramic terrace, you can admire three glaciers and towering, snow-capped mountains, and savor delicious regional cuisine while taking in breathtaking views.
